This term refers to the modules of formation developed to answer given problems (the training of Word for example). The interest is to be able to very precisely target its need for formation and to save time (example: to make a table under Word).

The statute of tutor on a platform of e-learning implies various functions: fixing of teaching targets, the creation of groups of learning, the composition of menus of formation, the follow-up of learning (use of the teachwares, times of use, results obtained…). This one has specific orders which can be a bar of management of the participants (speech, to give the hand…) and the possibility of reaching all the profiles of its pupils.
